propertyFIRST was formed by ARLA qualified Managing Director Tom Ferrington in 2019 drawing on over 17 years of experience in all aspects of property management. Shortly afterwards Claire Gordon joined the company as Director bringing a wealth of experience in property management, contract negotiation, and property refurbishment. We are passionate about providing professional property management with a personal touch.
The landscape of lettings in Scotland has changed immensely during this time and continues to evolve at a fast pace. propertyFIRST aims to bring knowledge and understanding of the Edinburgh market to help you make the most of your investment.
