At propertyFIRST we want to make the application process as smooth as possible. First, it's our policy that you view the property before applying.  If you can't do this then someone should be able to view on your behalf and we can accept no responsibility for any disappointment when you move in.  Once you've selected a property that you wish to apply for you should download a copy of our                                , complete it as fully as possible and email it to us. 

 

Your application should be supported by photographic ID, a credit check, an employer reference (where applicable), a landlord reference (where applicable), and proof of any other sources of income.  If you need a guarantor we'll let you know.  Don't wait until you have these documents before you send your application form in, it's important we receive that part as soon as possible so we can get the process started. 

 

Once your application has been agreed in principle we'll ask you to provide whatever further documentation we still require and the property will be removed from the market pending referencing and a final agreement from the owner of your property. 

 

Once finalised we'll ask you to pay a portion of the property deposit in advance with the balance due along with the first rent prior to the commencement date of the tenancy.  All deposits are equal to 1.5x monthly rent.
