Full management is exactly as it sounds and you can have as little or as much involvement as you wish.  From the moment you hand us the keys we will take marketing photos, advertise on our partner sites, conduct all viewings, select and reference appropriate tenants, prepare and sign a Private Residential Tenancy, prepare an inventory of contents, ensure all legal certificates are up to date, deal with utility company admin, collect and lodge a deposit equal to one and a half months' rent as well processing the ongoing monthly rent, carry out regular inspections, and respond quickly and efficiently to all issues that may arise during the course of the tenancy.
